The Cleveland County Genealogical Society, Inc.
We are a non-profit association of amateur and professional genealogists who enjoy studying and preserving our ancestral and family histories.
As part of our mission, we managed a Genealogical Library in Norman for thirty years. The majority of the CCGS library holdings were donated to the Pioneer Library System for inclusion in the new Norman Public Library Central which opened in November 2019, and are available during library hours to all who want to conduct research.
CCGS Office Open:
Before Covid-19: Tuesday & Thursday from 1-4:30 pm
Until Covid-19 is under control: Office is closed. Please contact 405-701-2100 if necessary.
Out-of-town visitors may arrange a Saturday appointment for research assistance by calling 405-701-2100. Please be patient; the answering machine will not be reviewed every day.
